Order Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 2–3 business days for processing and production before your order ships.

 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

  • Average Shipping Time: 5–15 business days

Please note that factors beyond our control (such as natural disasters, holidays, or weather) may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, occasional circumstances may lead to delays that are outside of our control. We do not guarantee an exact delivery date, as the shipping company is responsible for any delivery issues.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order without penalty! However, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. If your item has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Simply send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL” to request cancellation.

 

I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you notice an error in your address (either due to a typo or autofill issue), please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible with the corrected information. We can update the address within 24 hours of your order. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

 

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We pack all our items with extra care, but unfortunately, there are rare instances where items may be damaged due to mishandling during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A picture of the damaged product

Once we receive this information, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement at no extra charge.
